, I’m Diarmid Weir, a photographer living in Edinburgh.
My number one inspiration is landscapes, but I love photographing most things including opera and musical performances in general.
An icy Lochan na h-Achlaise with the Black Mount, touched by one or two shafts of sunlight, reflected on its surface.
A skeletal tree rises from the Rannoch Moor, in front of the entrance to Glencoe. A High Dynamic Range (HDR) technique has been used to enhance contrast and colours.
